Helen D. Talley Helen McCain Dunlap Talley, 90, of Hwy. 49, Mt. Pleasant, died on Wednesday February 3, 2010 at the home of her niece Faye McRorie. Funeral service will be 3:00pm Sunday at Gordon Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Robert Howard burial to follow at Cabarrus Memorial Gardens. The Talley family will receive friends from 1:30-3pm Sunday prior to the funeral service. She was born October 14, 1919 in Union County daughter of the late William and Eunice Coin Dunlap, Mrs. Talley was a member of Miami Baptist Church of Concord, and enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and needlework. She was preceded in death by her husband Will Talley. She is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
