Mrs Foil was one of my favorite teachers in elementary school. She always treated everyone fair and with kindness. A sweet southern lady who got us all to behave with minimal effort plus a few French words thrown in for emphasis. So sad to hear of her passing, but look forward to seeing her again someday!

Warren and Steve, I have more warm memories of your sweet Mother than I could ever begin to relate! I loved her naturalness, her lack of affectation, her quick wit and sense of humor. She was, in a word, special. Her longevity was truly a blessing from God for a life well-lived in kindness, uprightness, and service. May the God that she loved bring you comfort and peace of heart and mind as you commend her into His care for eternity. Lovingly, Cozette Stacy Nowak

Steve & Warren, I am very sorry I could not attend Frankie's funeral. My schedule would not allow me to leave my area no matter what. Please understand I wanted to be there. I regret your loss and I know how you feel. We both know Frankie is at rest and no longer in any pain. Please accept my sincere condolences and may God bless. "Butch"
