Geraldine James White

Mrs. Geraldine James White, 80, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away, Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at CMC-Northeast. Funeral service will be 11:00am Saturday at First Baptist Church, Mt. Pleasant, officiated by Rev. Tom Fleming; burial will follow in the church cemetery. The White family will receive friends from 5-7pm Friday evening at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant. Mrs. White was born April 5, 1934 in Forsyth County, NC daughter of the late Vernon Posey James and Nina Shoe James. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and a active member of the Prayer Shaw Ministry. She was preceded in death by infant children, Randy H. White and Rhonda K White and a number of brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband William H. White, sons Jeffrey H. White of Mt. Pleasant and Timothy L. White and wife Mary of Concord, brother, Frank James of Mt. Pleasant, sisters, Nancy J. Humphrey and Margaret Boger both of Mt. Pleasant, six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
