Mrs. Annalee McMahan Wade, 58 of Concord, passed away Saturday, April 11, at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem. Funeral service will be 7:00pm Wednesday , April 15, at New Grace Baptist Church, Concord, officiated by Pastor Allen Montgomery. Family will receive friends 5-7pm prior to the funeral service. Also will receive friends from 2-3pm Thursday, April 16, at Fairview Baptist Church in Topton, burial will follow at Bethel Hill Cemetery, Topton, NC. Mrs. Wade was born September 12, 1956 in Swain County daughter of the late Zeb McMahan and Pauline Mashburn McMahan. She was a member of New Grace Baptist Church. She was a 1974 graduate of Nantahala High School. She also enjoyed crafts, her grandchildren and was always helping other people. She was preceded in death by a brother, Lowell McMahan. She is survived by her husband, James Wade, son Casey Stamey of Sylva, daughter, Crystal Nations and husband Travis of Whittier, brother, Marlin McMahan and wife Diane of Nantahala, sisters, Joan Pendergraft and husband John of Concord and Linda Townsend of Thomasville, grandchildren McCray Broom and Addyson Nations.
