Barbara Ann Boger Gray

Barbara Ann Boger Gray, 77, of Rockwell, died Saturday, November 15, 2025 at her residence.

Funeral service will be 3:00pm Thursday, November 20, 2025 at Boger Reformed Church, 7113 Gold Hill Rd., Concord, NC 28025; officiated by Rev. Dr. John Brantley and Rev. Darrell Kluttz. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The Gray family will receive friends from 5-7pm Wednesday, Nov. 19th at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant.

Mrs. Gray was born December 8, 1947 in Cabarrus County, daughter of the late Ray Boger and Rachel Swinson Boger. She was a lifelong member of Boger Reformed Church where she sang in the choir. She was a teacher assistant and bus driver for Cabarrus County Schools for many years. She enjoyed growing orchids, watching hummingbirds, canning, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling to various Amish country destinations as well as enjoying her draft horses with her husband.

She is survived by her husband Don Gray, Sr.; sons Don Gray, Jr (Leslie), Dennis Gray (Teresa) and Daniel Gray (Melinda); sister Sheree Manus; brothers, David Boger (Carolyn) and Howard Boger.; grandchildren, Sydney Gray Page (Wes), Ryley Gray, Patrick Gray, Joshua Gray, Alyssa Gray, Will Gray and Sam Gray.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Tracey Hardister who has been such a special caregiver and friend the past three years for the family.
