Brown Alexander Rhinehardt

Mr. Brown Alexander Rhinehardt died on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Universal Health Care.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 2:00 at Gordon Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00.  Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.  Military graveside rites will be performed by Cabarrus County Veterans Honor Guard.

Brown was born on July 3, 1933 to the late B.L. Rhinehardt and Elvia Little Rhinehardt.  He is survived by his wife, Edna Billings Rhinehardt.  Additional members of his family include a brother, Lewis H. Rhinehardt of Summerville, SC and sister, Jamie Givens of Matthews and many nieces and nephews.

During his life he served his country in the U.S. Army and upon his return to his home in Cabarrus County, he worked as a supervisor at grocery stores including A&P and Winn-Dixie.  He also spent many years working at Fisher-Earnhardt Oil Company in Mount Pleasant.  He was a member of Rocky Ridge United Methodist Church.
