Cynthia Moose Allman

Cynthia Louise Moose Allman, 79, of Mount Pleasant, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loved ones on Monday October 13, 2025.

Graveside service will be held 10AM Friday October 17 at Carolina Memorial Park. The Allman family will receive friends from 5-7PM Thursday October 16 at Gordon Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant.

Cynthia was born March 9, 1946 in Cabarrus County to the late Adam Lee and Ollie Belle Ketner Moose. Cynthia was the greatest mother and grandmother to her family. She was someone who honestly would do anything for anyone, even on her worst pain days. She loved to collect mice of all sorts and work her family genealogy. She loved when her house was full of loved ones whether it was the neighborhood kids, her sons, grand kids or a good friend. She worked as an aide in the hospital for many years before becoming a bus driver. In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Lester Allman.

Cynthia is survived by her sons, Mike Allman and wife Lynn, Ronnie Allman; grandchildren, Hannah Allman (Daniel), Adam Allman, Courtney Johnson (Kasey), and Jarod Allman; great grandchild Emberlee Johnson.
