Eloise Moose

Mrs. Eloise Ketner Moose, 77 of Dutch Rd., Mt. Pleasant, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013 at CMC-Northeast. Memorial service will be 4:00pm Monday at Bethel (Bear Creek) United Church of Christ officiated by Pastor Terri Barringer and Rev. Bobby Bonds. The Moose family will receive friends from 2:30-4:00pm prior to the memorial service. Mrs. Moose was born March 2, 1936 in Cabarrus County daughter of the late Walter Ray Ketner and Ruth Smith Ketner. She was a member of Bethel (Bear Creek) United Church of Christ where she had been a Sunday School Teacher, and served on the Bereavement Committee. She was an avid reader, loved all children and her cats and dogs. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Adam Moose and a brother, Charles R. Ketner. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Joe B. Moose, son, Barry Moose and wife Carol, daughter, Sherry Dyer and husband Stephen all of Mt. Pleasant, brother, Dewey Ketner of Kannapolis, and a grand son Marshall Terry of Charlotte.
