Josephine Bunch Biggerstaff

Our beloved mother and grandmother, the matriarch of our family, Josephine Marie Biggerstaff (nee Bunch) of Mount Pleasant, NC entered eternal rest on Friday April 17, 2026, at the age of 79 years.

She was born on November 21, 1946, in Columbus, GA. Family and friends were important to her. When reminiscing of her childhood and her life, the emphasis was on spending time with the people in her life. She enjoyed listening to music, going to concerts with friends and family, traveling with friends, and enjoying the beauty of nature, especially the changing of the leaves.

She is predeceased by the love of her life and husband of 44 years George Garrison Biggerstaff, and survived by four children, son, Joseph (Victoria) Januchowski and their children Khristen (Jeffry) Snow, Joseph (Anna) Januchowski Jr., James (Brittany) Januchowski, and Timothy (Kayla) Januchowski; son, William (Ruth) Januchowski; daughter, Monica (Michael) Elliott, and their son Brian Elliott and her daughter with Donnie, Jaclyn Bernard (nee Lutrell); and daughter, Rebecca (Harvey) Brewer and their children Tecumseh Brewer and Raven Brewer; ten Great-Grandchildren Aidan, Evan, Camdin, and their mother Sarah, Rayden, Alex, Allie, Riley, Brayden, Bryan, and Benjamin; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is predeceased by her father, William Edward Bunch, mother, Josephine Glenn (nee Lockhart), and brothers, John Edward Bunch and Joseph Earl Bunch.
