Louise Brown

Mrs. Louise Rinehardt Brown, 90, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away, Sunday, September 7, 2014 at the Tucker Hospice House. Memorial service will be 3:00pm Wednesday at Gordon Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Gary Posey, the family will receive friends from 2-3pm prior to the service. Mrs. Brown was born December 7, 1923 in Cabarrus County, daughter of the late Berry Lee Rinehardt and Elvia Little Rinehardt. She was a member of Victory Temple Church. She was a retired hosiery mill worker, working at Willis Hosiery and Arrowood Hosiery. She also sewed for the public, was very self sufficient and a green thumb gardner. She was preceded in death by her husband Archie H. Brown. She is survived by daughters, Sharon B. Smith and Kimberly A. Valentino both of Mt. Pleasant, brothers, Lewis Rinehardt of Summerville, SC and Brown Rinehardt of Concord, sister Jamie Givens of Matthews, grandchildren, Stephanie Fink and Joseph Elliott, great grandchild, Skylar Marie Fink.
