Louise Dwyer

Mrs. Louise Faires Dwyer, 90, of Huntsville formerly of Mt. Pleasant passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2013 Family will receive friends Saturday, from 11-12:30 at Gordon Funeral Home and a graveside service to follow at 1:00pm Bethel (Bear Creek) United Church of Christ Cemetery. Mrs. Dwyer was born August 31, 1923 in Mecklenburg County, daughter of the late Joe N. Faires and Mary Watts Faires. She was a member of Bethel (Bear Creek) United Church of Christ, she enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family. She was a retired Cafeteria Manager for the Mecklenburg County Schools. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles O. Dwyer. She is survived by her sons Joe Dwyer of Huntsville, AL and Randy Dwyer of Mt. Pleasant, grandchildren, Lisa Garrison of Huntsville, Brian Dwyer of Mt. Pleasant and Kristin Herlocker of Albemarle, seven great grandchildren.
