Nathan Wayne Moose

Nathan Wayne Moose, age 57, went home to be with his Lord on December 18, 2025.

The family will receive friends at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 100 St. John’s Church Road in Concord on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 11:00 am. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm in the church sanctuary, officiated by Rev. Matt Hansen.

Nathan was born on September 28, 1968, the son of Charles Wayne Moose and the late Janie Stancil Moose. Nathan was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School. He worked for many years with The Maintenance Team and Concord Heating and Air Conditioning. He was a master woodworker and carpenter. Nathan enjoyed fishing, camping and traveling. He attended St. John’s Lutheran Church in Concord. Nathan was a devoted husband, father, son, and brother.

Surviving are his wife, Hope Kennedy Moose; his son, Joshua Moose and girlfriend, Shelby; his father, Charlie Moose and girlfriend, Mary; his sister, Angela Ferguson and husband David, and brother, Bryan Moose and wife Eileen; and many nieces and nephews.
