She also enjoyed spending her leisure time playing slots at casinos and found great joy in listening to her favorite country song, “Delta Dawn” by Tanya Tucker, a tune that had special meaning to her.
Born to Norbert and Mary Monahan Sullivan, who are now deceased, Sandra’s roots were deeply planted in family connections that shaped her life's journey. She was married to Dennis Duggan, who has also passed away, and together they shared many years of companionship.
Sandra is lovingly remembered and survived by her children: Shannon Tompkins, Shawn Duggan, and Scott Duggan. She was also a cherished sister to Noreen Sullivan-Piney, Lowrence Sullivan, and Steven Sullivan.
