Vicky Aldridge Floyd

Vicky Sue Aldridge Floyd, 74, of Concord, passed away, November 28, 2025 at her residence.

Funeral service will be 3:00pm Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Cold Springs Global Church officiated by Rev. Cliff Wall and Rev. Howard Floyd, committal service will follow in the Cold Springs Columbarium. The Floyd family will begin receiving friend at 2:00pm prior to the service.

Vicky was born November 21, 1951, in Cabarrus County, daughter of the late Gilbert and Katherine Barnhardt Aldridge. She was a member of The Ministry of Living Waters, Rockwell and a former member of Cold Springs Global Methodist Church where she served as the organist and pianist for 30+ years. Vicky worked at Northeast Cabarrus Hospital for many years in the financial services department. She also enjoyed birdwatching.

She is survived by her husband Howard Floyd; two sons Bryan Floyd of Lakewood, CO and Jared Floyd of Knoxville, TN; sister Joy Tarlton (Terry) of Concord; brother Art Aldridge (Becki) of Temple, TX and a number of nieces and nephews.
