William Melville Mundale

Mr. William M. Mundale, 86 of Kannapolis, passed away, Friday evening at the Tucker Hospice House. A private service will be held at a later date at Bay Pines National Cemetery, Bay Pines, FL. The family will be at the residence of Mike and Lisa Mundale, 2878 Cline School Rd., Concord. Mr. Mundale was born August 9, 1928 in Springfield, OH son of the late John H. Mundale and Lula Mundale. He was a US Army Veteran and worked as a crane operator for the DT&I Railroad and also work for the Veterans Administration as a Police officer for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Marvel (Sandy) M. Mundale. He is survived by two sons Mike Mundale and wife Lisa of Concord and Joe Mundale and wife Cathy of Seminole, FL step grandchildren Lee Trivette and wife Megan, Mollie Trivette, step great grandchild Charlie Trivette and a special friend, Ann Beamon.
