William Watson

Mr. William Charles Watson, 83 of Pleasant Drive, Concord, died Thursday, October 28, 2010 at Five Oaks Nursing Center Funeral service will be 2:00pm Saturday at Gordon Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Archie Barringer and Rev. Mary Hatley, burial will follow in Cold Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Watson family will receive friends from 12-2pm prior to the funeral service at the funeral home. Mr. Watson was born February 20, 1927 in Rowan County son of the late Will Watson and Alma Williams Watson. He was a member of Cold Springs United Methodist Church. He also enjoyed hunting and gardening. He is survived by his wife Ila Barringer Watson of Concord.
